Garlic – 1 clove
Dried savory – 1/4 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon

Directions
We prepare the necessary products. Rinse the beef and dry it with a paper towel. In the cooking process, you will need cling film.
Free the meat from films and veins and cut into large random pieces.
We pass the beef through the smallest grid of the meat grinder 2 times.
We also pass the bacon through a meat grinder 2 times.
Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
We wash the parsley, dry it and chop finely. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
Divide the egg into yolk and white. All you need is protein.
Combine beef, lard, cheese, egg white, parsley and garlic in a bowl. Add savory, salt and ground pepper.
Knead the minced meat for at least 10-15 minutes, until smooth. Cover the bowl with minced meat with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (you can overnight).
After the lapse of time, we form small sausages from the minced meat with wet hands.
We heat the grill pan very well. We spread the kebab obliquely into the pan.
Fry the kebab on four sides, 4 minutes on each side.
The beef kebab is ready. Serve the dish hot with fresh vegetables.
Enjoy your meal!
