Beef Liver Stroganoff Ingredients

  • Beef liver – 500 g
  • Onions (small size) – 1 pc.
  • Margarine (or butter) – 30 g
  • Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 100 g
  • Salt – 1 tbsp (to taste)

For filling:

  • Dill greens – 15 g (to taste)

Beef Liver Stroganoff Instructions

  1. Wash the beef liver, remove the film and large ducts. Cut into 1 cm slices. Beat with a kitchen hammer if desired, then cut into small pieces.
  2. Peel the onion, wash, and cut into thin half-rings.
  3. In a microwave-safe heat-resistant dish, combine the liver, onions, and salt to taste. Sprinkle with flour and mix. Cut the margarine into small pieces and place on top.
  4. Cover and microwave at full power for 5-6 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with the tomato paste.
  6. Add the sour cream mixture to the liver and onion. Mix thoroughly. Cover and microwave at medium power for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Serve with your favorite side dish.
