Ingredients

  • 3 beef roulade (s)
  • 3 slices ham, cooked
  • 3 slices Gouda cheese
  • 3 gherkins
  • 50 ml sour cream or sour cream
  • 50 ml tomato paste, seasoned
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 ml broth
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 250 ml beef stock
  • possibly flour or sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Lay out the roulades, season with salt and pepper on one side. Then coat each with spicy tomato paste and sour cream. Halve the ham and cheese slices and place them in the center of the meat. Now place the halved gherkins and strips of half an onion on the cheese. Roll up the roulades and close them with roulade clips or needles.
  2. Fry the roulades with the remaining half sliced onion, then add the stock and wine, close the pressure cooker and cook for 25 minutes.
  3. Remove the meat and season the sauce to taste. If necessary, extend with a little beef stock and, if desired, thicken with flour or a sauce thickener.
  4. I also serve silk dumplings and cauliflower.
