Beef Steak with Mustard

A mustard beef steak is a perfect dish for a hearty meal. Juicy soft meat with a pleasant mustard aroma will conquer the stomach and heart of even the most fastidious meat eater in a matter of seconds.

Cook: 20 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Beef tenderloin – 500 g (2 pieces 250 g each)
  • Mustard – 3 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 2-3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cooking food. Lubricate the board with water and place a piece of meat on top of it. Cover with cling film and beat the steak well with a hammer.
  2. Here is such a thin meat pancake I got. Season the beaten side of the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Grease half the surface of the minced meat with mustard.
  4. Cover it with the other half of the mustard side of the meat. In a pan with heated vegetable oil (1-1.5 tablespoons), fry the steak with mustard for 1-2 minutes on each side. Fry the second minced meat with mustard.
