Beef Steaks with Cucumber Sauce

Beef steaks are grilled and served with a light sauce of sour cream, mayonnaise, herbs, and cucumber.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Fatty beef steak – 4 pcs. (250 g each)
  • Teriyaki sauce – 3/4 cup
  • Cucumber (peeled and finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
  • Sour cream – 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
  • Chives (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Dill (finely chopped) – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Place the steaks in a large plastic bag with fasteners, add teriyaki, close the bag, and shake well. Put the bag of meat in the refrigerator overnight (at least 8 hours).
  2. Prepare the beef steak sauce. In a bowl, combine cucumber, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, dill, and salt. Cover the bowl and refrigerate.
  3. Switch on the grill to preheat to medium temperature. Remove the meat from the bag with the marinade, put it on the grill rack, grill the beef steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side (until the desired degree of cooking).
  4. Serve the beef steaks with cucumber sauce and fresh vegetables (optional).
