Beef Stew

This recipe is to help everyone who wants to stew delicious beef. Beef stew prepared according to this recipe will turn out juicy, tender and aromatic. A fantastically delicious dish.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Beef – 800 Grams
  • Butter – 120 Grams
  • Red onion – 120 Grams
  • Tomato Paste – 40 Grams
  • Carrots – 80 Grams
  • Parsley – 20 Grams
  • Red pepper – 1 Piece
  • Salt, pepper, spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Cut the beef into small pieces across the grain. Cut carrots and onions into thin rings or half rings, chop the parsley. Heat oil in a saucepan, add meat, onions, carrots and parsley.
  2. Fry for a couple of minutes, then fill the pan with water so that the water completely covers the ingredients. Simmer over medium heat.
  3. A foam will form on the surface of the water, which must be removed.
  4. When about half of the water has boiled away, add the tomato paste, salt and pepper to the pot. Continue simmering over medium heat.
  5. When the beef is almost done, add the coarsely chopped peppers to the pan. Stir, cook over medium heat, remove from heat and serve.
  6. The beef stew is ready.
