Beef Stew with Vegetables and Beans Ingredients

  • Beef (pulp) – 500-600 g
  • Bulb onions – 3 pcs. (300 g)
  • Frozen vegetables (mixture: carrots, tomatoes, eggplants, bell peppers, zucchini) – 320 g
  • Canned red beans – 200 g
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – 600 ml

  1. We prepare products. Free the canned beans from liquid.
  2. Wash the meat, dry it with paper towels. We remove all films and streaks. Cut the meat into small cubes.
  3. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into quarters.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan spread the meat and onions. We mix.

  5. Fry the beef with onions over high heat until lightly browned and all the juice evaporates (8-10 minutes).
  6. Pour water (600 ml) into the pan and leave the meat and onions to simmer over low heat until tender (45-50 minutes).

  7. Then add frozen vegetables (mixture: carrots, tomatoes, eggplants, bell peppers, zucchini) to the pan. Salt, mix the meat with vegetables, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  8. Add canned beans to the pan, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heating.
