Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 400 g beef (roulade meat)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • possibly butter, for frying
  • 250 ml white wine

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions, cut the peppers into small cubes. Chop the rosemary. Cut the beef into strips.
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry briefly and spicy in a frying pan with a large surface area, then remove from the pan.
  3. Possibly add a little butter to the roasting set, sauté the onions and lightly salt. Briefly sauté the paprika, then add the tomato paste and the chopped rosemary and roast very briefly, then deglaze the whole thing with white wine. Add the meat again and simmer for about 45 minutes on a medium heat.
  4. Before serving, stir in half of the crème fraîche, heat again and serve with rice, pasta or spaetzle. Spread the rest of the crème fraîche over the dish.
