Beef Stroganoff with Dill

Ingredients

  • Beef – 600 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 40 Milliliters
  • Ground pepper – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Sour cream – 250 Grams
  • Parsley – 20 Grams
  • Onion – 2 Pieces
  • Dill – 20 Grams
  • Wheat flour – 30 grams
  • Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. First of all, the beef (tenderloin, rump, sirloin) should be well washed and free of tendons. Then we cut the meat into slices about 1.5-2 centimeters thick, and be sure to cut it across the fibers. Then we beat off these pieces to a thickness of about 0.5-1 centimeters and cut into strips.
  2. The onion should be cut into half rings. Then heat the oil in a frying pan, put the onion there, and fry until translucent. 
  3. When the onion is ready, add the meat to it. Previously, the meat should be pepper and log. You need to fry for about 5-6 minutes, over high heat, and at the same time stir constantly.
  4. After the meat is fried, add flour to it. Everything is thoroughly mixed and fried for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. The next thing we do is add sour cream to the meat. Stir and let our dish simmer a little. Then turn it off and put it on a plate.
