Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ beer, dark, e.g. black beer or bock beer
  • 200 g suar
  • 0.75 liter ¾ schnapps, grain 38%
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the beer and sugar in a saucepan while stirring, do not let it boil. Add the grain and vanilla sugar and reheat (until just before cooking). Fill the liqueur into bottles and place in the refrigerator.
  2. The cold liqueur is then ready to drink straight away. Bottom up!
