Ingredients

  • 500 g beetroot, cooked, peeled, e.. from the vacuum ba
  • 2 apples
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise (salad), Russian
  • 0.5 ½ pack ready mix for salad (topping salad), any sort

Instructions

  1. Take the beetroot out of the packaging, rinse, pat dry and grate finely. Remove the stem and core of the apples with an apple cutter, peel the skin. Then rub and add to the beetroot. Mingle. Finally, fold in the salad mayonnaise and season with the topping of the salad.
