  • 4 nectarine (s)
  • 4 plum (s), red
  • 300 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the beetroot. Remove the stone from the nectarines and plums and cut them into small pieces. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree well with the orange juice. If necessary, the amount of orange juice must be varied so that the desired consistency is achieved.
