Instructions

  1. Peel the beetroot and potatoes, cut into cubes and cook separately in salted water. As soon as both are soft, arrange in a bowl. Cut the garlic into thin slices and mix in and season everything with salt and pepper. Add finely chopped parsley and pour good olive oil over it.
  2. Easy, quick and very, very tasty.
