Ingredients
- 400 g beetroot
- 200 g apples
- 250 g yourt
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), including the juice
- 1 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 tablespoon apple thick juice (alternatively also honey or sugar)
- 1 teaspoon horseradish, grated
- 1 pickle (s), grated

- Mix yogurt with oil, lemon juice, concentrated apple juice, grated horseradish and grated (or very finely chopped) cucumber to make a salad dressing. Grate the apples into the sauce with the peel on a coarse grater, peel the beetroot and grate on a fine grater.
- Garnish with sunflower seeds if you like.
- Tastes super delicious as a starter salad with white bread or with grilled meat!
