Ingredients

  • 200 ml beetroot juice
  • 200 ml carrot juice
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 200 g kefir, low-fat
  • Sea salt and pepper from the mill
  • 4 stalks parsley
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all the juices in the blender with the kefir and mix vigorously. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the parsley and shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems.
  3. Divide the ice cubes between glasses and pour the drink over them. Garnish with the parsley leaves and serve with straws.
  4. Tip: Particularly good and delicious: You can freshly press the juice from 2 large fresh beetroot and 4 large carrots with a juicer. Instead of lemon juice, you can mix in 4 tablespoons of apple juice.
