- 3 large beets
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 onion (s)
- 4 pickle (s)
- 2 apples, tart ones
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 300 g yourt
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 hard-boiled egg (s) for garnish

- Boil beetroot and potatoes and leave to cool. Peel and dice the beetroot, potatoes and onion (onion fine). Chop the apples and cucumber into small pieces. Mix everything in a bowl.
- Roast the sunflower seeds and add them with the cream and yoghurt. Season to taste with herb salt. Finally garnish with the eggs and herbs.
- A great party salad!
