Ingredients

  • 3 large beets
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 4 pickle (s)
  • 2 apples, tart ones
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 300 g yourt
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 hard-boiled egg (s) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil beetroot and potatoes and leave to cool. Peel and dice the beetroot, potatoes and onion (onion fine). Chop the apples and cucumber into small pieces. Mix everything in a bowl.
  2. Roast the sunflower seeds and add them with the cream and yoghurt. Season to taste with herb salt. Finally garnish with the eggs and herbs.
  3. A great party salad!
