  • 400 g beetroot, precooked
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 100 g feta cheese (sheep)

For the dressing:

  • 1 ½ tablespoon mustard (Dijon)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Dressing preparation:
  2. Mix finely chopped garlic with mustard. Add lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and stir again.
  3. Cut the beetroot into thin slices and mix with the dressing.
  4. Arrange the lettuce on the plates, top with the beetroot and diced feta cheese.
