The same waffles, only without the waffle iron! I want to tell you how to make Belgian waffles without a waffle iron at home. These are simple and very delicate pastries. Wonderful recipe!

Ingredients
Milk – 1.5 Cups
Butter – 6 Art. spoons
Eggs – 2 Pieces
Honey – 3 Art. spoons (original – maple syrup)
Flour – 2 Glasses
Yeast – 1.5 Teaspoons
Directions
Combine melted butter, milk and beaten eggs in a bowl. Then add the syrup, mix until smooth. At the very end – flour and yeast
Mix thoroughly, it is best to use a mixer. Then leave the dough for 1 hour in a warm room to “come up”.
After an hour, mix the dough very gently, bake the waffles. You can fry them in a pan, but then they will be without the famous “honeycomb”. I baked in a special form in the oven.
In an oven preheated to 200 degrees, such waffles are baked for 15-20 minutes.
