Ingredients

  • 2 medium bell pepper (s), red
  • 2 medium bell pepper (s), green
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 250 g Gouda, medium-aed, in one piece, or your choice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Core the cucumber and cut it into pieces.
  2. Cut the spring onions into small rings and add to the remaining vegetables. Now cut the cheese (either 1 or more different types, depending on your taste) into small strips or cubes and add to the salad. Mix a vinaigrette out of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper and fold into the salad.
