- 8 tablespoons coffee or heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- Salt and pepper

- Peel the cucumber and cut into small pieces. Wash, core and cut the bell peppers. Wash and chop the spring onions. Cut the chives into rolls.
- Make the dressing from the ingredients and season to taste. Arrange the cucumber and peppers on plates or in bowls and pour the dressing over them. Spread the spring onions and chives over the salad.
