For the dressing:
- 150 g yourt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon herbs, fresh, chopped (e.g. dill, chives, parsley)
- salt and pepper

- Peel and cut the cucumber, wash the peppers and cut into small pieces. Make the dressing from the ingredients and season to taste. Mix the cucumber sticks and peppers together or layer them in a salad bowl. Pour the dressing over it.
