- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 4 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes)
- 2 peach (s) or nectarines
- 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Honey or maple syrup
- 6 tablespoon olive oil

- Dice the onion. Wash the peppers, cut them open, remove the seeds. Cut the peppers, tomatoes and peaches into cubes. Mix everything together and pepper well.
- Prepare a dressing with vinegar, 1 - 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup, a little water and the olive oil and add the salad. Let it steep for a few minutes.
- A wonderfully refreshing salad, especially in summer.
