• 100 g cream cheese
• 100 g low-fat quark
• 3 tablespoon ajvar (pepper and eggplant paste)
• 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
• 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green
• salt and pepper
• Tabasco

Instructions

1. Mix the cream cheese with the quark, ajvar and the spices until creamy. Dice the peppers whole, very finely and stir into the cream with the resulting amniotic fluid. Season to taste more or less spicy.
