Ingredients

  • 3 large bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the peppers and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Dice the feta cheese as well. Drain the beans and tuna, then pick the tuna with a fork.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onion, chop the garlic. Mix both together with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar to make a sauce.
  3. Mix with the other ingredients.
  4. Sufficient as a main meal with fresh ciabatta or baguette.
