Ingredients

  • 500 g penne
  • Salt water
  • 200 g bell pepper (s), rilled out the lass
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 150 g feta cheese, diced
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon basil, fresh or frozen, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh or frozen, chopped
  • 1 medium onion (s), chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon, knitted sambal oelek
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips and place in a bowl. Add garlic powder, olive oil, soy sauce, paprika powder, sweet and hot, and 1 teaspoon salt, mix well and let steep. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water.
  2. Heat some oil in a large, deep pan, add the marinated meat and sear it. Now add the chopped garlic and chopped onion and continue to fry everything together until the chicken has reached the desired brown color.
  3. Drain the grilled peppers, cut into small pieces and add to the meat. Fry for about 2 minutes, then add the cream cheese, tomato paste and sambal oelek, as well as the parsley and basil. Continue heating, stirring constantly, until the cream cheese is completely distributed and melted.
  4. Now add the cooked pasta, mix everything well, season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat. Now fold in the feta cubes and serve directly hot.
