Ingredients
- 1 sachet paprika mix (red, yellow, green)
- 1 can corn, (drain)
- 1 can kidney beans, (drain)
- 1 onion (s), peeled
- 1 bulb garlic, Thai (comes in a raffia basket)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 point spice mix, (salad spice paprika)
- Cheese, e.g. Gouda
- pepper
- salt
- Paprika powder

- Mix the salad dressing in a large bowl: sour cream, salad spice paprika, salt and pepper.
- Dice the onion, garlic, paprika and cheese. Pour into the bowl with the salad dressing, add corn and kidney beans. Mix everything well and season again to taste.
