  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), red

  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • some stalks basil

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and peppers, remove the core and cut into strips.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic (garlic) and cut into rings (onion).
  3. Pour olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper over it, mix gently. Chop the basil and pour over it.
  4. The salad tastes very good with scrambled or fried eggs, and in summer it is also delicious as a barbecue salad.
  5. If you like it more colorful, you can use green / yellow or orange peppers.
