- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 ½ onion (s), red
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
- a bit salt
- some pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- some stalks basil

- Wash the tomatoes and peppers, remove the core and cut into strips.
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic (garlic) and cut into rings (onion).
- Pour olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper over it, mix gently. Chop the basil and pour over it.
- The salad tastes very good with scrambled or fried eggs, and in summer it is also delicious as a barbecue salad.
- If you like it more colorful, you can use green / yellow or orange peppers.
