Ingredients

  • 3 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 small Can (s) tomato (s), lumpy
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 packet tortellini
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Fry the roughly diced peppers and the finely chopped onion and chopped garlic in a pan and season well with salt, pepper and oregano. Add tomatoes and broth and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cook the tortellini according to the instructions and then mix with the sauce. Put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with the crumbled feta. Gratinate for approx. 10 minutes at 200 ° C.
  3. Baguette tastes good with it.
