Ingredients

  • 200 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 300 g penne
  • 70 g tomato paste
  • some olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • some thyme
  • some oregano
  • some rosemary
  • a bit salt
  • some cayenne pepper
  • some basil
  • possibly garlic clove (s)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. At the same time, fry the minced meat and keep it in a bowl.
  3. Cut half the onion into small pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Now put the onions in a pan with a little olive oil and fry them until they are hot. Add the tomatoes. Maybe now add some garlic. Now add the almost finished noodles and the previously fried minced meat and stir everything well. Now stir in the tomato paste. Now add the spices to taste. A few minutes later the dish is ready to serve.
