• 160 g suar
• 470 ml whipped cream
• 250 ml milk
• 3 dashes vanilla flavor
• 1 vanilla pod (s)

Instructions

1. Beat eggs for 1-2 minutes until frothy. Add the sugar and beat until it is very light. Scrape out the vanilla pod and add to the eggs. Then mix in the cream, milk and vanilla flavor and place in the ice cream maker for about 50 minutes.
