Instructions

1. Peel and core the apples and cut into pieces. Boil very soft in a saucepan with a little water, puree, add some milk (the amount is difficult to specify, just test) and stir in the vanilla pudding powder with the whisk and bring to the boil again. Attention! Burns quickly!
2. We have it as a dessert or as an accompaniment to pancakes or potato pancakes. Tastes warm and cold.
