Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, (Spirelli)
  • 200 g meat loaf or salami or ham, as desired
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cream
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente and then drain.
  2. In the meantime, cut the sausage into small pieces and fry in the oil. Add the drained pasta and season with salt and pepper. Then add the cream and simmer briefly, then just sprinkle the cheese over it and wait until it has melted.
