Instructions

  1. First mix the butter with the white and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. The easiest way to do this is to use a food processor with a dough hook.
  2. After everything has been mixed evenly, add the egg, vanilla sugar and salt.
  3. Mix everything well again with the dough hook.
  4. Add the baking powder to the flour and add to the existing mixture together with the chocolate chips. Knead the dough with the machine until it has an even, firm consistency. The consistency should be roughly the same as that of modeling clay, then it`s perfect.
  5. Press the mixture into ovenproof baking dishes. The bottom should be covered with dough about 1 cm high.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat (no circulating air).
  7. Now everything comes in the fridge for about 15 minutes so that the butter can set again a little and everything settles.
  8. Now put the molds with the dough in the oven and bake for 6 - 7 minutes at 200 ° C, a shiny layer of fat will form on the dough.
  9. Now reduce the temperature of the oven to 180 ° C and bake for another 8-10 minutes until the surface of the dough turns a light golden yellow color. It is important not to bake it for too long. The inside must be hot but still soft. If you bake here too long, you have made a large cookie.
  10. Serve the hot casserole dishes, spread some chocolate sauce over the dough and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The dough must be eaten hot, it cannot be removed from the baking dish. It is eaten and served straight from the hot pan.
