  • 750 g beef oulash, diced
  • 1 vegetable onion (s), diced
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, diced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 liter ½ malt beer
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Oil, for frying
  • Broth, grains

Instructions

  1. Sear the meat with the onions and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Top up with the beer, add the bay leaf and granulated broth, cover and stew for about 1.5 hours. Season with (balsamic vinegar). Mashed potatoes or fried potatoes and a fresh salad taste best with it.
