Instructions

  1. The amount is calculated for a 26cm springform pan.
  2. Grate all the ingredients for the base, except for the egg, into a shortcrust pastry, at the end add the beaten egg, mix in briefly, do not combine to form a dough.
  3. Press approx. 3/4 of it into the mold as a base, pull up the edge approx. 2 cm. (If the dough still sticks, add a little more flour)
  4. Spread the grated almonds on the bottom, put in a cool place.
  5. In the meantime, mix all the ingredients for the topping well.
  6. Spread the berries on the floor, pour the icing over them. Make the crumble from the rest of the batter and spread on top.
  7. Bake at 180 ° lower / upper heat for about 55 minutes.
  8. Let cool in the mold, then remove from the mold. Let rest a little longer, if necessary put in a cool place.
  9. Goes well with all berries, if frozen, defrost them beforehand and drain off the juice.
