Ingredients

  • 200 g berries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, or equivalent amount sweetener

For the cream:

  • 180 g curd milk, (sour milk)
  • 100 g natural yourt, low in fat
  • 100 ml milk
  • 40 g suar, or equivalent amount sweetener
  • 2 leaves mint, small
  • possibly powdered sugar, for the garnish

Instructions

  1. Frozen or fresh berries or one variety individually, such as strawberries, raspberries, currants, blueberries or gooseberries, are suitable as berries.
  2. Mix the berries with the sugar or sweetener.
  3. Finely chop the mint leaves and mix with the curd, milk, yoghurt and sugar or sweetener. If necessary, beat lightly with a mixer or hand blender.
  4. Fill into soup plates and decorate with berries. If you want, you can dust the berries with powdered sugar, but then sweeten the berries less beforehand.
