Ingredients

  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 walnuts
  • 1 bread roll, wholemeal
  • Mineral water

Instructions

  1. Whip the low-fat quark loosely with mineral water. Fold in the berries and refine with honey and chopped nuts.
  2. (It is best to put the nuts in a jar with honey.)
  3. In addition, a bread roll of your choice. Preferably whole grain rolls!
