Ingredients

  • 125 g blackberries
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the berries and put them in a blender (smoothie maker) together with the buttermilk and honey. Puree everything until you get a purple-blackberry-colored smoothie.
  2. The smoothie not only looks delicious due to its great color, it also tastes delicious.
  3. If the blackberries are very sour, you can counteract this with another teaspoon of honey.
