Ingredients

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 125 g suar
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

For covering:

  • 1 glass blueberries
  • 300 g raspberries, frozen
  • 2 pack cake icing, course
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon almond (s) (flakes)

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until creamy. Add oil and juice. Quickly stir in the flour and baking powder. Pour the dough into the prepared form, bake in the oven (fan oven 180 °) for 20-25 minutes and allow to cool.
  2. Drain the berries while collecting the juice. Place a cake ring around the cake base. Spread the berries on the cake. Prepare cake glaze with 500 ml berry juice and sugar according to the instructions on the packet, pour over the berries and let set. Decorate the edge of the cake with flaked almonds. Good succeed!!
