Ingredients

  • 250 g plain cream cheese or quark
  • 3 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 glass compote (cherry compote or apple compote) or bowl berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 10 wholemeal biscuits (shortbread biscuits)

Instructions

  1. Rip off the lemon zest. When larger pieces of fresh fruit, such as B. strawberries are used, cut them into 1 cm pieces.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with honey, milk and lemon zest in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Crumble the shortbread biscuits with a mortar, in a mixer or by hand as finely as you like.
  4. Alternately add 2 tablespoons of compote or 6 - 7 pieces of fruit, 2 tablespoons of cheesecake cream and 2 tablespoons of shortbread crumbs to the glasses, in several layers depending on the size of the glasses.
