- 250 g plain cream cheese or quark
- 3 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 60 ml milk
- 1 lemon (s)
- 1 glass compote (cherry compote or apple compote) or bowl berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 10 wholemeal biscuits (shortbread biscuits)

- Rip off the lemon zest. When larger pieces of fresh fruit, such as B. strawberries are used, cut them into 1 cm pieces.
