Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 500 g natural yourt
  • 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • 40 g suar
  • 600 g berries, mixed (fresh or frozen)
  • Muesli (chocolate muesli)

Instructions

  1. Put the quark, yogurt, honey and sugar in a bowl and mix together. Cover the bottom of 7 glasses with the chocolate muesli and then pour some white cream into the glass and a few fruits. Then layer the muesli, white cream and fruit on top again until the glass is full.
  2. As a penultimate layer of cream and finally muesli, so that it looks nice. When the jars are full, they are placed in the refrigerator. If you make the dessert with frozen fruits, put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours so that the fruits can thaw.
  3. Personally, I like it better with fresh berries. The recipe is enough for seven glasses with a capacity of approximately 0.2 liters.
