Ingredients

  • 70 g raspberries
  • 3 small strawberries
  • 2 litchi (s), fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoon mandarin (s), from the tin
  • 30 ml tea (rose hip), cold
  • 1 tablespoon syrup (lime), alternatively whole cane sugar
  • Ice, bumped

Instructions

  1. Carefully wash the raspberries and pat dry. Wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the limes, roughly chop them and put them in the blender with the raspberries. Peel the fresh lychees and cut them from the stone directly into the blender. Drain the litchis from the can and add them to the blender. Drain the mandarins and also put them in the blender. Add the rose hip tea and the lime syrup and mix everything until a homogeneous liquid is formed. Add 2-3 tablespoons of crushed ice and mix everything again briefly. Pour into a glass and serve the smoothie with a drinking straw.
