Ingredients

  • 750 g berries, mixed (frozen)
  • 250 g preservin suar 3: 1
  • 8 cl rum (Havana Club)

Instructions

  1. Defrost the fruit either a few hours beforehand or in the microwave (press the defrost button, enter the weight and start the device). Then puree and cook with the preserving sugar in a saucepan to the desired consistency for approx. 8-10 minutes. Stir in between.
  2. Just before decanting into prepared glasses, add the Havana Club (e.g. the 7-year-old) and stir well. Then close the jars tightly, turn them on the lid and let them cool down.
  3. Makes 3 standard jam jars.
