Ingredients

  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 1 handful strawberries, fresh
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 handful blackberries
  • 1 handful red currants
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 handful nuts, mixed
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. Divide the chia seeds into two glasses or bowls and add half of the coconut milk to each. Stir in the vanilla and let the chia seeds soak in the coconut milk for about 15 minutes. If the mixture is too thick for you, you can add a little water.
  2. Wash and clean the berries if necessary. Quarter the strawberries and place them on top of the chia pudding along with the rest of the berries. Sprinkle half of the nuts on top and drizzle with honey.
