Ingredients

  • 200 g berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, each sinle variety)
  • 500 g low-fat quark (curd cheese)
  • 150 ml milk, low in fat
  • 50 g suar, alternatively sweetener
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the berries in a colander. Put some aside for decoration.
  2. Put the curd cheese with milk, sugar and lime juice in a bowl and stir with a whisk until smooth. Puree the remaining berries with a hand blender and pour into the curd mixture and stir well.
  3. Beat the egg whites with the mixer until stiff and carefully fold into the curd mixture with the whisk. Chill for 30 minutes to steep.
  4. Fill into decorative bowls (possibly ice cream bowls) and garnish with the berries
