Ingredients

  • 4 liters bitter lemon
  • 1 liter tonic water
  • 1 liter ginger ale
  • 2 kg berries (frozen berries mixed)

Instructions

  1. Pour the drinks into a large bowl or, better still, a bowl. Add the berries that are still frozen (little by little, as the carbon dioxide makes it foam slightly). After approx. 15 - 30 minutes (depending on the room temperature) the berries are thawed and the punch can be served.
