Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 150 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar

  • 350 g flour
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 250 g butter

For the cast:

  • 0.25 liter ¼ sweet cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until frothy. Add sugar and eggs. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve and add little by little. Spread the dough on a baking sheet greased with butter.
  2. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Knead the butter piece by piece until the crumble is the desired size. Spread the crumble on the dough.
  3. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (gas level 3, fan oven 180 °) for about 25 minutes.
  4. At the end of the baking time, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Mix the cream with the sugar and pour it over the cake.
  5. Even after a few days it still tastes freshly baked.
