grated cheese – 150 gr.
milk – 0.75 l
cream (10%) – 1 box (250 ml.)
egg – 1 pc.
sour cream – if necessary
salt
sauce:
flour – 1 tablespoon.
sl. oil – 75-100 gr.
salt
Instructions
Place the curd in a bowl. Salt to taste. Shake the egg and pour it into the curd. Mix. Add sour cream, if necessary, so that the mixture has a medium consistency. Pour in grated cheese (you can add feta cheese or feta – to taste). Mix.
Melt half the butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add flour. Stir until a smooth thick mass is formed. Remove from heat. While stirring, gradually pour in milk – in portions, after each kneading the mass until a homogeneous consistency (no lumps). In the end, pour in the cream. Salt to taste. Move the saucepan to the stove. While stirring, heat the sauce for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in grated cheese. Add the remaining oil. Boil until the beginning of thickening (without bringing to a boil) with low heating of the burner. As soon as the sauce begins to “brew”, remove it from the stove.
Assemble the lasagna from three layers of dough sheets and two layers of filling in the following sequence: Place a layer of lasagna sheets on the bottom of the mold so that they do not overlap. Drizzle with sauce. Place half of the filling on top, spreading it out evenly. Pour the sauce lightly over the surface. Layout the second layer of lasagna sheets, changing their direction relative to the previous layer. Pour the sauce lightly over the surface. Layout the remaining filling.
Layout the last layer of lasagna sheets, changing their direction relative to the previous layer. Drizzle with the remaining sauce – so that the collected lasagna is completely covered with the sauce on all sides (if necessary, pour milk or boiled water along the walls of the mold). Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. in normal mode at 200 deg. – until tender and golden brown. Remove from oven. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Serve with sour cream or milk sauce – to taste.
