Instructions

  1. First you take the 2 eggs and beat them in a bowl.
  2. Then you pour in a dash of milk, about 1/8 l less.
  3. Now add about 4 dashes of Maggi and a pinch of salt and pepper each and whisk it.
  4. Then you pour the eggs into the preheated pan, fry the egg until you want it firm and add a little salt if necessary.

  6. The scrambled eggs can also be eaten with onions. Simply dice half an onion to a whole and fry it until translucent. Then add the beaten egg.
  7. It just tastes good, there hasn`t been anyone who didn`t like it so far. Tastes very good with or without onions.
