Ingredients

  • 1 medium carrot (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s)
  • 4 tomato (s), dried (tomato paste also works)
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt, preferably Greek
  • salt and pepper
  • some capers, optional

Instructions

  1. Grate the carrot and press it through a paper towel to dry. Chop the peppers and dry as described. Chop the tomatoes, add capers if you like.
  2. Put everything in a bowl, add the yogurt and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.
