- 1 medium carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s)
- 4 tomato (s), dried (tomato paste also works)
- 3 tablespoon yogurt, preferably Greek
- salt and pepper
- some capers, optional

- Grate the carrot and press it through a paper towel to dry. Chop the peppers and dry as described. Chop the tomatoes, add capers if you like.
- Put everything in a bowl, add the yogurt and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.
